Input control

These start with strict control of the tyres accepted for recycling, to reduce the potential for raw material variation.

Size control

Particle size distribution in the final granulate is checked frequently against product specifications. To view the specifications of the various grades click here.

Maintenance

Machine maintenance schedules are strictly adhered to, with regular replacement of all cutting blades to ensure the cleanest possible cut.

Towards ISO 9002

The company operates processes to ISO 9002 standard and is working towards formal accreditation.
